At Cynos Express, our sales are all final that have been shipped to our customers with free shipping, which means return is not allowed. However, if you wish to initiate a return, please proceed returning within 7 days upon receiving your order. All return costs are subject to be at the customer’s expense, and the returned products should be unused, unopened and in original condition in their original packaging.

If any alterations from the original condition are found, a refund will not be processed. Once approved, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
